Sometimes, burnout isn’t a flaw in your process - it’s your brain’s way of telling you: something needs to change.
Maybe the routine that once fueled you now feels draining. Maybe the pressure to “always create” is quietly exhausting you. Here’s something you can add to your routine.

Incorporate active time into your day. Go for a walk, stretch, or even dance around your room - moving your body helps release mental clutter.
Read something outside your field. A novel, a random article, or even a graphic novel - different voices can spark unexpected ideas.
Look at other people’s work - without comparing. Scroll Pinterest, watch a short film, or revisit something that once inspired you. Not to copy - just to remind yourself what’s possible.
Switch up your creative routine. Try writing with music on. Or off. Change your workspace. Break the autopilot pattern.
Do something totally unrelated to work. Cook a new recipe, rearrange your room, or go to an art gallery - creative input matters as much as output.
Talk it out. A quick chat with someone outside your current project (or even outside your industry) can give you a refreshing new lens.
